Faderwing got stuck in bootloadermode after update

I updated our Gio to the latest softwareversion and after that, I had to update the faderwings too.

Something went wrong and now it got stuck in bootloadermode. It's a motorized fader wing 2x5. Does someone know what I can do, except calling the Support?

Thanks a lot, Dominik

  • It might be late for you, but here is how I solved the same issue today.

From the Windows explorer I found a drive F:\ (in my case) called "BOOTLOADER", there was only an empty text file in it.

    I copied the file : "14d5.003c_Display_HS_1.1.1.9.0.1.afx.S19" from C:\etc\nodesbin to the F:\ drive

On a MFW 2x5 you have 2 displays, one showed the logo, and in the update window, one was not in error, so I matched the names, please be careful and make sure you got the correct one.

I Started the EOS Settings from the Nomad Shell, and the error was gone, so just needed to do an update again and now everything works fine.

    Good luck
