Color Problems

To add: At home I ran the same show file. I was able to "See" values going to correct DMX addresses (RGB etc) in the sACN viewer

On site are you using sACN or DMX?  Is there another possible source on the network or line which might be holding the color values at their home level?

We only use DMX. My ref to sACN was merely to see if/what values were going to appropriate DMX Addresses. At home I can see those values as they should but at theater the sACN doesn't appear to be working to see same. So tomorrow I'll try to sort that out. Your answer was very interesting because I would never have thought of something else inhibiting the colors. The only device on our little network is a tablet we use to remote control whilst setting up on stage. I will turn the network off tomorrow.  This took me by surprise and has me quite worried, so your help is appreciated.

This am I disconnected the remote. No difference. I tried bringing up the last show (where they worked) yesterday to no avail. Getting desperate today I pulled up an older show from my USB stick and it worked! So, I'm using it as a base for the new show. I'm glad to have the colors back but really unhappy because I don't know what happened. Somehow the Profile for the Ridgeyards got broken. I had opened and examined it and could not find anything changed and as I said the Int, P,T and zoom worked. So will probably never learn why this happened. Just thrashing around in the dark.
