We are experiencing color problems with our Ridgeyard MLs.
I use the same patch for all our shows which includes 12 "Ridgeyard" MLs. We mounted them today for a new show being careful to check they were in 12 mode (IE consume 12 DMX addresses). I could control intensity, pan, tilt and zoom on all. BUT! I could not change colors! All units reacted in the same way so it's not a ML problem. We have some Cannons and those were coloring per norm.
I unpatched the appropriate channels and then re-patched the "Ridgeyard 12" profile. Still Int, Pan, Tilt and zoom but NO color!
As said, this patch setup and MLs have been used on several shows and worked perfectly. I'm at a loss. Now at home and trying to run sACN O/P table to check if I'm pushing right value to right DMX address. Ideas welcome.
