after creating the fixture with the below dmx 14 ch  , the intensity parameter is weird...

even after setting 4 ranges as per the below table

at full it strobe

other functions such as color picker, Pan tilt, color changing is working

  • Dear Oumar,

without any test option on a real fixture, here is a testfile for you.

Please hop in and give it a try.

I only was able to hook up my Console to a DMX - Tester to confirm that your DMX-Table is correctly outputting.

The Table is a little bit confusing with the Colors... But i added 256 Colors.

Hope it will work out for you.

  • Dear Thilda ,

You are a Rock star , It work like a charm, Now i analyze what you had done , i realize that the conditions that was missing is to put mode on the ranges as per the below screenshot, Please  advise how you had done it.

    Thanks.

  • Dear Oumar,

great to read that it works.

The "great magic" is at the end of the list.

The virtual parameters are helping to define the Modes, which later can be assigned to your Paramters with the DMX Values.

    Can be seen here:

Choosing a good name for the virtuel parameter is sometime realy difficult for me ; )

You can than create 'New Modes' in you DMX-Parameter

And assign the virtuel Parameter, now working as a Mode-value, to it.

I learned a lot from looking into Fixtures from the EOS library.

If you are interessted and need this more often, keep digging.

But on your regular bases, i think you don't need to create Fixture.

But it is quite interessting nerdy stuff : )

    Have a great day.
