Client Devices Get Stuck in Live or Blind

This is not something we have heard of before.

Are the Primary and Client the same User or different?

Are you able to open other blind tabs while in this state?

Are you able open Tab 99 (Diagnostics) while in this state?

If you Press [Tab & 1] does that take you back to Live?

If you Press [Tab] until it cycles around to Tab 1 - Live does it go into Live?

If you run a Macro that takes you back to Live while in this state does that work?

From the Primary are you able to go to Live reliably on the Primary console?  Does the Client get stuck when working from the Primary (assuming same User)?

If you are able to reproduce this, please press [Display & Record] and save logs on both the Primary and Client consoles and send them in.  Also please ensure the clocks are in sync or note the difference when submitting logs.

The Primary is on user 1 and the clients were in user 2 & 3. Clients would sometimes be on the same user and sometimes different users.

I'll have to keep trying to reproduce the issue to answer some of these other questions. So far, I haven't been able to make it happen when I try. It just seems to happen randomly in different blind tabs. 

I've never been able to reproduce the issue on the Primary.

I'll definitely get the logs next time it happens.  

I just had this problem happen again this time on 3.1.3 build 8 and I was able to check a few more things and get the logs from the Client and Primary consoles.

If I press tab+1 it does take me back to live correctly.

And if I keep tabbing over until I get to a live tab that also works.

Just hitting live on the keyboard of the client device doesn't work.

The primary console still works normally.

The primary console is about 20 min behind the client device time wise.
