This has come up a few times:

We are looking at ways to bring in control of those other uncalibrated emitters via the color picker in a future software version.

i have read the topics you mentioned. Thats why i think it is strange, that in 8bit 5ch Mode (provided by the fixture profile from ETC) everything worls fine with the lime color, but in the 13ch Mode (16bit resolution) its not working...

Or is there something else i dont get?

I apologize for misunderstanding your post - that the 5ch works as expected (Lime is controlled) but the 13ch does not.  It appears that we have calibration data for the 5ch mode, but not the 13ch one.

As a short-term fix, here is a showfile where I've copied the 13ch mode and edited the copy to use the same calibration as the 5ch mode:

Eclipse Test 2022-08-10 12-53-02.esf2

Use "Eclipse FS 13ch MSP" (feel free to rename as you wish, of course).

In the future, this will be solved by having Eos create default calibrations for additive color systems based on estimates for the output of various colors of LED.

I will also try your fix but will this be added to the fixture profile as this is a problem we are also facing?

I have requested that this be updated for 13ch mode in the fixture library in a future update.

Matt - this is terrific as this has been a long-standing challenge with these particular profile fixtures. In this age of constrained rental inventories sometimes it is hard to get Lustr or ColorSource fixtures and we have to use these. Appreciate your workaround fixture and looking forward to seeing the update in a future library update.
