  • Eos exports Moving Lights' patch with lots of data, like this:

    $Patch 84 29782 472549 1 1
    $$Pers Eclipse_FS_8ch

It appears that MagicQ only supports basic ASCII functionality: Chapter 50. System Management

    "

    50.8.7. USITT ASCII file import

MagicQ supports import of dimmer patch, group, cue level and timing information from USITT ASCII files. In the Patch Window, View Chans, Import USITT.

MagicQ does not support import of non dimmer parameters or more complex heads as this is manufacturer specific and not specified in the USITT ASCII format. We will be happy to investigate whether we can add import from the format of your console.

Note that when importing USITT files with both patch and cues, MagicQ expects the PATCH section of the USITT file to be before the CUE section. A few consoles write the PATCH section at the end of the USITT file - for these cases it is necessary to edit the USITT file before importing, to move all the PATCH commands before the CUE Commands."
