Lamp off control issues

I'm having trouble getting High End X-Spots to lamp off using any control commands on the Ion that I have (version 1.8.0) -- both lamp off and the shutdown functions don't appear to work to control them.

I'm using the High End standard DMX control profile, no shutter version (High_End_Systems - X_Spot_Xtreme_CM/RG/IR_S) with no results.  All the other parameters (pan/tilt, image, etc....) are fine, and I've managed to lamp off the MAC 700s in the rig just fine.  Any thoughts would be helpful.

    It looks like the Lamp Controls are not sending the Shutter channel to zero as part of the process. Could you try manually setting the shutter/strobe parameter to zero before sending any lamp control commands. I suggest doing this from the command line (selecting shutter closed from the encoders actually sends a DMX value of 12).

    Graham.  Thanks for your help.  We have captured this and will get it addressed.

    Work around 1:
    Manually set the Shutter Strobe parameter to zero and then perform Lamp controls on this fixture.
    *using the [Shutter Closed] button in the expanded Shutter Strobe Encoder display works as well.

    Workaround 2:
    Make a copy of this fixture in the Fixture Editor.
    Edit the copy 
    Press [Lamp Ctrls]
    Select Number 6 Lamp Off
    Press [Steps]
    Press [Levels]
    Press [Insert]
    Add DMX Number 6
    Set the DMX Level to zero

    Patch this copy of the fixture where needed.
