EOS Dongle

We have had our console for a couple years now but just got around to setting up a network to access the system from a notebook.  When I asked my dealer about getting a dongle he informed me that we simply had to register our console with ETC.  I registered via My ETC today.  Do I have to contact customer service or will they ship a dongle automatically now that I have registered?

When an enduser/operator registers a console (with Serial Number, and Site Information), we send a small thank you gift to show our appreciation.  We hope that you will continue to support our efforts to get new consoles registered as it will provide the user many benefits.  These benefits include notification of software updates, warranty engineering changes and even a little theft protection.  In the event a registered console is stolen, we can use the registration to provide serial number information and  contact the registered owner in the event it is returned to ETC..

When a customer registers their new console via MyETC, they will receive the following gift:

A College in the UK bought an ION just before Xmas and registered it in January and nothing arrived, contacted ETC and sent a USB Stick, I thought this was a little unfair since they registered In january??
