EOS Dongle

We have had our console for a couple years now but just got around to setting up a network to access the system from a notebook. When I asked my dealer about getting a dongle he informed me that we simply had to register our console with ETC. I registered via My ETC today. Do I have to contact customer service or will they ship a dongle automatically now that I have registered?

The link is here, but registering an Ion no longer gets you a dongle, it gets you a USB stick. Read the posts above.

I too had a massive delay between purchase and registration (about 18 months... doh). Must admit I was disappointed when a USB stick arrived in the post instead of the dongle. I know it's a thankyou gift from ETC but was a more than a little saddened when the welcome pack arrived. I suppose it's ETC's prerogative to decide what to offer, if anything, so I shouldn't feel this emptiness inside and be glad for small gifts ;)
