spread colour between palettes not as an effect

Hi, 
 
 I want to create an gradient between two colour palettes for a cue, not as an effect, just a static state, is there a way to distribute the colour easily without manually changing them over 50 channels?

Channel x thru y Color Palette a + b 
 That will set x to Color Palette a, y to Color Palette b, and the other channels in between to a gradient between the 2 channels.
