conventional fixtures in Augmented 3d

There are some conventional types in the Generic manufacturer, like Fresnel or ParCan. I usually just leave them as regular Dimmers because currently the only thing that changes are the models of the fixture. Since I use Augment3d to look at the stage rather than my rig it's not worth the extra work.

So,  No is the answer to conventional fixtures in Augmented3d?

Is there anything that you are missing, or like to see?

Is it only one generic ParCan, and one generic Fresnel?   Are there others?     80% of my facility is conventional instruments.  I would like my students to be able to see the difference between an ERS, and a Scoop-light in Augmented3d.  Maybe i'm asking the wrong question.  Can I create or import custom shapes of conventional fixtures?    Thanks.

look at the fixture library in the Generic manufacturer. the fixture type with the 3D symbol have a model associated with them.

you can't import models for fixtures.

As of Eos 3.1.5, the following generic conventional 3D models are available:

• Default dimmer (Source Four spot)

Under Generic:

• Chandelier
• Downlight (Roughly a Par 38)
• Fluorescent (tube)
• Fresnel
• Parcan
• PC
• Sconce
• Strobe

Under Practicals:

• Desk Lamp
• Standing Lamp
• Pendant Lamp

There are also Sphere and Washlight 3D models that can be applied manually:

1. Patch > Fixtures softkey
2. Copy the Dimmer and give it a name
3. Select the copy, Physical Data softkey
4. Choose something that looks similar to that desired from the Fixture Model value dropdown
