Level wheel is not function properly

HELP~~~

May I please ask if there is anyone having the same issue? Is it the mechanical problem? Or it can be fixed by any adjustment on setting?

  • Hi Nick.

That is an optical level wheel.  There is a printed reflective pattern on the left side of it, and an LED and two photosensors which watch to see it spin.  The type of problem you're having could result from the failure of a component, or it could be caused by dust or similar material getting between the optoelectronics and the reflective pattern.  If it's the latter, you can often solve the issue by blowing into the space on the left side of the wheel.  Opening the console will allow better access for carefully cleaning in this area.

If this doesn't help, it likely needs repair.
