Incorrect ML Controls for UKING mini moving head led 9ch

This very much sounds like the wrong fixture type, either because the model or mode are incorrect. Was there a DMX sheet in the box when you bought the fixture so you can compare it to the fixture profile you're currently trying to use?

The fixture has two modes, 9ch and 11ch. The fixture profile in the system seemed to be the correct one, but there are too many controls in the ML Controler. 

An alternative question would be how to load a fixture profile using the desktop app of ETCNomad if I can download the correct profile?

Next time I am at the theater, I certainly will. 

As far as my research is going... There is no Fixture on the Uking internet site that is called "UKing Mini Moving Head LED".

And in EOS the 2 Fixtures that have a 9 Ch mode are 2 complitly different DMX-Tables.
Can you please write the name of your fixture that is in you theater installed? (It should has a name like ZQ-B242)

Hi Moderator, I sent you an email with the showfile that should have what you need.

The Eos showfile you sent me doesn't have any moving lights patched, so I couldn't compare what you're using to the manual. But I can say that the fixture profile file you sent, the fixture's manual and the current Eos library (ZQ B242 9ch, 11ch) all three match for both modes.

What fixture type had you patched when you took the screenshot? The fixture you mentioned doesn't have a color mixing system, so there should be no Red, Green, Blue, White...

I guess the next question is, HOW do I load the fixture profile I sent to you?

I used the profile that was just in the system. Custom>UKing>mini led moving head 9 channel.

You won't have to add the profile you sent me, the profile is already in the librarry of your console! (provided you have a recent software version). This fixture profile was added with software version 2.9.3.

In Patch, select the channel you want to use for the moving light, touch or click the Type field in the CIA. now at the bottom of your screen click Search. Type B242. This is what you should see:

Double-click the 11ch version. The only thing left to do is assigning a start address to this channel.

Perfect. However, looks like I have version 2.9.1 NOT 2.9.3. Is there a free upgrade?

Ok. I downloaded that package. I'm guessing I should follow the instructions, put it on a flash drive, use the Software Upgrade functions in the settings? Will we lose all of our current settings, patches and show files if we upgrade?
