Hello! We have recently received our Ion Xe 20 and I have been trying to get the ELO Touchscreen that we had with our Element 1 desk to work.
Interestingly it does sort of work - I am able to interact with the cursor or EOS through the touchscreen however when I go into Shell and Monitor Arrangement it wont detect or calibrate the screen?
Forgive me if this is down to the DVI to Display Port adapter or something glaringly obvious! I had hoped I could just backdoor like on the Element into Windows and maybe add the ELO Driver or something.
Let me know if this screen is a lost cause now as I have an alternative screen to try!
