hello everyone
i'm new to use the arfr app.
buy the full version earlier this week-end, everything connected just fine with our ion xe 20.
used it as a usefull remote on stage. on an samsung A40 phone.
and by this morning, i get a e mail telling me that a recieved refund for the paiement via PayPal
and the app switch to restricted fonction with just the cue list.
i have to buy it a second time to get it operational!
is it an issue due to an update? do i have to do something particuliar to get unlimited licence ?
