Gadget II Not showing up in the local output window

I have a ETCNomad with a Gadget II CPU2. I am running eos 3.2.9 on windows 11 on a Dell latitude rugged 5420.

I can see the nomad in windows device manager.

I can see the nomad in the settings > maintenance window of the shell

but I can't see it in EOS primary mode with (setup > Device settings > local output)


I'm also having this issue on other laptops I have used where I could output Universe 1 on DMX port 1.

Any suggestions? With enough reason Im also open to changing OS's

    I just noticed that you are running Eos v3.2.9 - are you sure? That must be a beta - because Eos v3.2.8 is the current release version. Could you install Eos v3.2.8 and see if problem goes away? Be sure to run the Install file As Admin. 

    If you are on version Eos v3.2.8, could you please uninstall Eos fully and then reinstall Eos as Administrator? It could be the the drivers for the Gadget are getting blocked at install
