Can I transfer iRFR app/account to a new iPad?

Hello ETC Fam, 
 We are having issues with our current iPad we use to control our EOS lighting system and I am wondering if it is possible to transfer the iRFR credentials over to a new iPad. Is this something that can be done or do I need to purchase a new license for this new iPad? 
 Any help would be much appreciated.

I have set up a new iPad before and when I signed into my account I can download from the app store and because I paid for it it just worked.
