Also all of the lights in my rig are 3 pin so could I get a 5 pin light and use a 3-5 pin connector?

Try looking at the ETC Lonestar. It has most of your preferences but it is 5 pin and I'm not that sure about the rigging.

It also depends on the price your looking for. I can find something else that fits a higher or lower budget. The Lonestar is about $5,600 USD.
