Best moving light

What would be the best moving light with a 3 pin DMX connection for a small theatre rig?

Preferences: 12kg - 20kg, 3-40° zoom, easy to rig, CMY, RGB colour mixing and finally, gobos.

Also all of the lights in my rig are 3 pin so could I get a 5 pin light and use a 3-5 pin connector?
