Removing cyan "STOP" from intensity and NIP values

The STOP doesn't have anything to do with playback of the parameter values, it's a so-called Stop All flag for effects.

You can get rid of the STOP with the syntax
Chan 1 Effect Enter

I initially thought it was an effect flag; however, there are no effect running in the cue.  I know I can issue a "Stop All" flag by <channel> {Stop Effect}{Stop Effect} [Enter], but is there a way to remove that flag?

Yes, there is. In Blind the syntax Chan x [Effect] [Enter] will remove the STOP.

"In Blind" was the key.  Odd that doing so in "Live" simply accepts the command without any change to the flag.
