Is there a way to copy one cue to a bunch of others?

Question

I have a show file with a large number of blackouts peppered through the file. 
 The SM has now decided to change all the B/Os to Blue-Outs. 
 If I modify one cue, is there a way to copy this to all the others? 
 Something like:- 
 CUE 5 COPY TO CUE 8 + CUE 14 + CUE 24 (and so on) 
 Otherwise I fear RSI having to copy them one at time sequentially through the showfile (and then changing them all back after the dress when they change their minds again).

Not that I know of. 
 When you do change all the Blackouts to Blue-Outs, this time make a Preset (also referred to as All Palettes) for the first Blue-out Cue and then copy that through the show. Then, when they decide the blue outs are too bright you just have to change the single Preset, and that will change all the cues that use it.

 Chan 1 Thru 5000 RecallFrom Cue 5 QOnly Enter 
 
 If you're in CueOnly mode already you don't need to append QOnly. 
 If you follow Salazar 's advice and create preset values in cue 5 first you'll only have to do the above procedure once.
