It can't, you need a computer. Plug the programming wing into the computer, and install Nomad on the computer, and then you're good to go. You'll need a Nomad USB key to unlock it (without that, it'll be in visualiser mode only).

Yes, the Puck would be the computer and USB key in that scenario. Think of the Programming wing as a keyboard with DMX outputs.
