Multiple Colour Pickers in ML Controls

Hello there!

I've got a light that has multiple sets of RGBW for effects.  It has the normal RGBW, but then also Colour Effect Red/Green/Blue/White.

Is there a way to have two colour pickers, one for the main RGBW and the other for the Colour Effect RGBW?

The light in question is a UKing ZQ02356 7x40W Bee Eye Mover.  I created my own fixture profile for it - So maybe I've set something wrong in the fixture profile?

Here's the DMX Channel listing (Translated from the really bad manual included)

Main RGBW = Ch 1 thru 8 - Effect Colour RGBW Ch 25 thru 28

I'm using an EOS Element 2, as well as the EOS Nomad setup (depending on location).

Thanks!

  • No, there is only one color picker per channel, and it always controls the Red, Green, Blue, ... parameters, rather than Red_2 or Effect_Green or Background_Blue.

You could look into separating the background and effect parts of the fixture into a cell. That way you would still control it as one channel (e.g. channel 1), but could access the second set of color parameters with a color picker when selecting channel 1.1.
