I'm creating a custom fixture profile for a Pyroterra Lighttoys FT Remote Pro. This device plays an audio file and also triggers numerous LED props from Pyroterra.
The manual (FT-Remote-PRO-user-guide.pdf) lists the different parameters (8 mode) .
I've created those parameters in a custom fixture profile:
I tried to create the parameters two different ways: Using "Dummy" control parameters; using miscellaneous Form parameters.
Questions:
Should I be using something like the "Dummy" parameters? If so, how to I control them, since they don't show up anywhere that I can find.
Or should I just be using other parameters, like "Strobe Start" under Form, even though it isn't really a "strobe" but then the parameters show up in the ML controls and I can easily control them.
I am working from home on Nomad, so can't actually test till later this week.
