[3.3.8] last cue appears in red when intensities down

Hi, if you set master of cuelist manual and fire a cue with intensities down the last cue appears in red in PSD.

This was fixed in 3.3.9.

This is currently written up as 
 [EOS-58413] After firing a cue with split time, with channels using down time, the previous cue will turn red until the fired cue completes.
