Hello we are having difficult with an effect we are trying to run with the new selador vivid R series. We are running a step based infinate cue with 2 steps. The vivids switch between two colors that's it. However we keep getting a "pulse" of light randomly. There is no pattern to this pulse sometimes it is every 4 changes of colors and sometimes it is every 12 or 14. Is there anyway to correct this? Is it the lighting fixtures or the board?
