running effects with selador series

Hello we are having difficult with an effect we are trying to run with the new selador vivid R series. We are running a step based infinate cue with 2 steps. The vivids switch between two colors that's it. However we keep getting a "pulse" of light randomly. There is no pattern to this pulse sometimes it is every 4 changes of colors and sometimes it is every 12 or 14. Is there anyway to correct this? Is it the lighting fixtures or the board?

    It could be any number of factors that are causing this problem.

    How are the Seladors hooked up to the console?  What console are you using? If you speed up or slow down the effect, does the pulse of light change?  What does the pulse of light look like?  Could you take a video of it?  Is it one color, or all seven?  Do all of the Selador fixtures flash at the same time?  Is there anything else hooked up to the system on the same DMX line?  Is there a terminator in the last Selador?

    If you feel comfortable giving your local ETC office a call, we can likely help you in a faster manner.  That said, I'm more than happy to help you troubleshoot the problem over the forum.
