iRFR channel check mode??? for iPhone app

I just updated to 1.9.5 and went to use the iRFR iPhone app. to bring up some groups on set. It seems to be stuck in channel Check mode and I cannot get it to go into Live Mode. Is this an error on my part or a change that happened with the newest software update?

ION 1k version 1.9.5

iRFR app. version 1.1.42

Personally, it seems like it should come back up in the mode that it was in last. -Steve

The RFR will now boot into channel check mode - this was changed in 1.9.5. To get to live mode, hold down the upper left button and select "live" on the appropriate softkey.

I for one, wish it would boot into LIVE mode instead of channel check mode. There doesn't seem to be a sneak or out option when in channel check mode, so I keep mistakingly bring up a channel manually and have to switch to LIVE mode to take it out.

In my original reply, I missed the "i" part in "iRFR"- so I described the behavior of the dedicated RFR unit. I'm not sure if the iRFR does the same thing...

JP- on the RFR in channel check mode, pressing [clear] should take out the channel as well as clearing the command line. If it doesn't then there's something strange happening.

Todd, yes clear works when in actual channel check mode, but if you actually type in "1atFULL ENTER" it captures that channel at full. The only way to take it out is either to set it at 0 or switch to LIVE mode and sneak or out it.

1 @ FULL CHECK *

If I press CLEAR, the command line is cleared and the channel goes out.

I would give ETC a call- perhaps its a RFR firmware or configuration issue.
