Moving Light Controls Pop Open

Question

On my designers RVI he wants to mirror and only see my screens. No Problem. But everytime we shut down and bring back up his RVI the Moving Light Controls open on the left screen. To solve this we must stop unmirroring, close that window, then start mirroring again. 
 Has anyone else seen this problem. Its just weird.

Jay, can you email the log files from the RVI, as well as those from the device the RVI is mirroring, along with your showfile to: 
 eos@etcconnect.com 
 Please just copy this description into the email so we know what we are looking at. The log files from each device can be extracted by going to the shell, selecting "Maintenance" and "save logs". The desk will step you through the process.
