Is it possible to make a flash solo on the ION fader wing

now you can flash with the button...
is this what do you mean???

I think Dario means that when a flash button is pressed, all other intensities are inhibited until the button is released. I don't recall this being an available function, though of course I am probably wrong!

While not the best method, this seemed to work offline.

Make your Sub LTP.  In the sub, take all of the other intensity channels in your show and give them a hard 0.

Voila, an improv Solo bump button.

Of course if you had wanted to use this sub as an additive sub during your show as well, then it doesn't quite work for that, but....

That would get rid of any manual channels, so if you're trying to use this in the middle of cuing you'd get hosed.

You can use [Highlight]  & [RemDim]. This will take the selected channel to FL (and open white) and take everything else to 0. Hitting [Highlight] again will restore.

Won't it be possible if you set all other channels manuel 0.(so that they are red)

And record it together with the wanted cue

 Flash buttons to Solo mode  will turn off all channels except those loaded into that flash button or submaster.

It seams that you may be amble to make macros to do this. Something like Chanel 1-10 @ FL rem dim enter. Excite this in cue one of a list. And then use another cue in that list to excite a macro that is just rem dim enter. 

Programming-wise, it's easy. A fader could be defined something like "control/inhibit", where "channel selection" are at intensities and "IPs of channels other than channel selection" are inhibited. Further options could allow HTP/LTP selection on either (or both) the controlled and inhibited channels.

However, this idea may not fit in with what the lovely ETC developers want. However, I bet something like this is intended for version 2!
