Ok Really....Whats up with these scrollers?

Why do scrollers have HSI info?

Is this a bug?  Can we get rid of it?  Do I really need Hue Saturation and Brightness info for a gelstring in front of a light?

Is anyone using this feature or can tell me how it works?  I can understand if they are morpheous units, or maybe even wybron cxis, but for colorams or S4 Revolutions.... not so much.

My main issue with the info is that it appears in the table packed view, and I keep having partial blocks or moves in brightness that in the "Tombstone" view make it look like my scrollers look like they have live moves.

  • All scrollers are being placed by palettes at the moment.  Without being able to set up your own gel string, or just type "frame 12", (and I hear these things are in the works), the programmer felt this was the best solution.  I asked if he may have inadvertantly recorded Brightness into the palettes but he claims no, and besides in the values it displays brightness at "100", instead of "CP32".  I haven't yet figured it out, I thought maybe the brightness was somehow linked to the intensity to tell the fixture how to mark?
