Ion Display settings lock

Is there a way to lock the display settings (ie 2nd monitor on and position) so that us rental houses don't have to worry about the console not seeing a monitor if the client doesn't have them hooked up to the console correctly the first time.  We have to field a good number of calls from new Ion renter's that need to know how to re-enable the second monitor.

Is it something you could consider adding to the next software revision as a check box in setup maybe?  Would make a great console even better!

    Monitors are a bit tricky. There is a complex relationship between the operating system, 3rd party video drivers and a wide variety of physical monitors.  The operating system does not have any sort of integral functionality to automatically detect and enable monitors.  This means that we have, within the app, the same limitations.  We continue to try to improve the monitor config tools, but we are somewhat hampered by the OS.
