What are the chances of adding a way to record/update Focus Palatte on the iRFR .would  be very cool to be able to stand on stage and tweak moving light focus or is there a tip or trick for doing that would help do this already

Yes!  That would be awesome.  I program by myself all the time and focus lights to myself on stage. I often need to update the pallettes after a rehearsal.  It works great to do it on stage, but it's a bummer to have to run up to the booth to press Update - Enter between each pallette update.
