full screen? for Ion Client

Have you checked the "full screen" setting in the shell?

Exit or don't start the Ion console program, just be in the little window that has a "Settings" button.

On the General tab, just under the language options there is a check box for full screen display.

I don't see that option...

Under Language settings I found "show welcome screen at startup"," backup auto switch", and "automatically update software"

did you maybe install the Eos Family Console Software file instead 

of the Offline/Client file?

Depending on the size of your monitor you may only be able to see a single cue when you are in the split screen mode.  You can press [Tab] on your computer and cycle through until you get to the cue list or select [Tab][2] I believe should be the correct tab for your cue list.

I am often on single monitor on my laptop and can only see a single cue when in the split screen tab.
