The best way to do this is to learn a macro that is the "lamp on" lamp control.
This way you can select the fixture and run the macro to strike the lamp from the iRFR.
I have a set of generic mover macros in our default show file for lamp on, lamp off, reset, shutdown. etc. so that all those functions can be accessed from the RFR.

You can change scroller frames on the iRFR by using the ML controls. It works pretty well in my experience.
