Potentially a failing / full hard drive. Basic trouble shooting would include an off console back up, followed by a deep clear. If that doesn’t do it, recommended to replace the hard drive. You can always email a log in to to service and have them take peak under the digital hood just in case, but dollars to light bulbs a deep clear and or new hard drive will have you fixed up in a jiffy.
I have this issue as well. I think before i was working lightboard at my school there were a couple of kids that used hard shutdown. Now our console (Ion xe 20) boots up very slowly. Is this because the previous kids used hard shutdown and also how would I fix this?
Please get in touch with ETC. There were some SSD drives that had issues, maybe your console has one of those. When you call the hotline please have your product number and serial numbers ready, you can find those on a white sticker at the back of the console.
