Rate/Hold

A quick question,

While i was playing with rate, a function I havn't used that much. I was looking at the Help pages.

When I looked at the help page for the {Rate} key found after pressing Effect It came up with.

"Rate/Hold.

The Second press of this key places a hold on a cue. Hold leaves the intensities on the playback potentiometer to allow these intensity to be manually controlled once the fade is completed."

-Cue 5 {Rate/Hold}{Rate/Hold} [Enter] - Places a hold attribute on cue 5.

So i tried to play with 'Hold' and kept getting a syntax error after the second press of rate. I've not heard about the function and a quick search on the forums didn't come up with anything. Can anyone shed some light?

It also worth noting that the help page for the help key found after pressing [Effect[ is different to the one after pressing [Fader Control] on the Ion. I realise the fader controls rate does something else with load.
