Fixture Rquest: Ayrton - Eurus

If you need these immediately, we suggest creating custom profiles for the time being.

How long does it take update Eurus Fixture?  

I also need this fixture profile please. I start cue-to-cue on October 16, 2021

• Eos software version:  v3.0.2
• Fixture make and model: Ayrton Eurus 
• Modes you need created: All would be nice but I need - 62 channel mode

Hi! My console is updated and does not have the Eurus fixture profile. I understand that ETC is busy in this area now, but I start cue-to-cue on October 16, 2021, so ASAP would be greatly appreciated.

Good Day and sorry for this thread seeming to have been missed in an update.This fixture profile is included in Fixture Library builds 3.0.2.21 and 2.9.2.14 available here: https://www.etcconnect.com/Products/Consoles/Eos-Family/Eos-Ti/Software.aspx

I have downloaded the latest fixture library onto the USB but “Eos_FixtureLib_3.0.2.21.zip" is not showing up on the console when the USB is insterted... 

Be sure to take it out of the initial "Fixture Library Update v3.0.2 Build 21 for Eos Family.zip" file and place on the root of your USB drive.
