Fixture symbols for Augment3d to Magic Sheet conversion

Just an idea, when converting argument3d views to magic sheets it would nice when we get a fixture symbol instead a rectangle. What will useful is to have a stock symbol library based on USITT fixture symbols, also for MS.

To further this, a little while before the public beta I added a feature request that would allow you to use custom SVG's in the built process: community.etcconnect.com/.../feature-request-channel-type-svg-s And More recently that the icons have the rotation data so that when changing types it maintains its rotation: community.etcconnect.com/.../magic-sheet-rotation
