How select all, divid by 2 and invert pan?

If you are asking how to do this in your programmer with your data, then this is easy:
select all your fixtures (1thru12) and put them in a position
Press select on the toolbar and choose "even"
hold the - (minus) key and turn the pan encoder

This will invert the pan value for half your fixtures.

if on the other hand you are referring to doing this in the patch window to invert the pan, then you can do either of the following:
click and drag on the first half of the fixtures in the invert pan column and then press SET
or
click on the invert pan cell for each fixture you want to invert pan and press set.

is it possible to store all of this in a button or in a macro command (like : divid selection by 2 and invert pan)? (to be faster)

Keystroke macros are not currently implemented, but they are planned to be soon.

If you are trying to invert the pan for a bunch of your fixtures throught your show, then you should follow the other method I described in the patch window. However this will invert the pan of all already written cues and palettes and is not to be used during the programming of a show.

in fact what I want (because I work a lot in live) it's to have my ficture right in the patch (normal pan), and sometime make symetric follow :

i have 10 fixtures
1 thrue 5 (normal pan)
6 thrue 10 (invert pan)
but only sometime and only on the pan parameter to make symetric follow in live.

==> select all fixture
==> divid all by 2
==> invert pan of the part 2

is it possible?

The follow option (XYZ) it is not yet implanted.

If you are talking about a temporary inversion of the pan for half of the selection it is really interesting.

well, how about a new curve for fan, that is something like this -_-
-first half of selection move same amount one way, second half move the same amount the other way.. -If it´s an even selection, middle fixture would stand still?

-And another one witch is like this -_-_-_ all even fixtures move same amount one way,all odd fixtures move same amount the other way

Totally agry with you, it could be made via a fan option.

For the second point I think that if you select for example 1+3+5+7+2+4+6+8 you should have the good result.

yeah I'm with you guys, we definitely need an option to invert temporally pan and tilt.

This whole invert thing is making me a bit confused...maybe I should play with Wyg a bit to see what really happens...

But when I want "mirror" things Grouping is my friend, like 2 Part no Repeat with Normal Fan or 2 Part and Repeat=half the amount of fixtures with Normal Fan ... but I guess this was not the issue :)
