Ushio lamps don’t fit

Did you ever get a resolution to this?

I am having the exact same issue with Ushio (ETC branded) 750w lamps. They've probably been sitting in the cupboard for a couple of years too so I'd say I've got little chance of getting them replaced from the supplier, if i even knew who that was.

I did ship back and box of lamps (12) and got another box. Not sure they were any better. We're currently 2 years in to a 5 year plan to upgrade our 48 lekos to color LED. So the lamp issue will be fading away in 2 1/2 years summer of 2028.

Per my previous post in this thread, ETC would like to be able to investigate this issue, but we'll need more information in order to do so. If either or both of you are able to send me videos of the issues you're seeing, as well as any order information or date codes you have for both the fixtures and the lamps, then I would be more than happy to reopen this issue and try to find you a resolution.
