cMoS Battery Failure

Question

Upon Bootup, the ION Reports a CMOS Battery Failure. 
 Any thoughts? Is this something that can be replaced easily? 
 Does the ION need to be sent off to ETC to repair?

Have you looked at this article yet? It explains the version of the CMOS Battery you will find in an Ion.

ETC as manufacturer of those consoles strongly recommends using the specified replacements. 
 CR2032 (that's the one you're supposed to use) supplies 3V, SR626SW supplies 1.5V. Moreover is SR626SW the wrong size. 
 So please, use the battery we as the manufacturer of your lighting console suggest.
