problem of Delay with the Sneak command

This would be the way to do it but I agree that it isn't working.

I was unable to get this to work either. I used your first example, and it doesn't appear to apply in groups, but individual channels, and furthermore it seems to actually use the mid-point time of the delay or something, because when you use a longer time such as Delay 5 thru 20 it would delay each by 10 seconds. 

OK here is how I have made it happen. I have made cue 1 parts 1,2 &3 

I had to program each cue separately and then delay the start time from go for part 2 and 3.

Example part 1 goes on GO

Part 2 is delayed by 2 sec

Part 3 is delayed by 4 sec.

All parts fade in at the cue time of 2 sec.

Not the way you wanted to do it but it works. 

You could also do the same with follow cues too.
