I had my system for 4 years and just did a software update and port 1 DMX fo out put to dimer rack is not responding. It is showing port 1 is off line . Please help me get system back on line.

Let's start with some additional information: You went from which old software version to which new software version? And your dimmer system is connected to the console by DMX or network?
What sort of device is your 1 port DMX? Is it USB based or network based? If you are using ArtNet as the network protocol to the DMX output device, then there is some additional settings in EOS that need to be made, because after the update it defaults to sACN and disabled ArtNet.
