Black Out at startup

Hi there,

Sorry for the issues you're having.  When the console is started, where is the Grandmaster fader?  Is it at full, zero, or inbetween?  The next time this happens, if you'd like to pull logs and send it to hh <at> etcconnect <dot> com, noting the date and time according to the board, it'd be greatly appreciated as we take a look at it.

The GM is at full during start-up.  I will be able to get the show logs on Wed. So I will send them to you then.

We believe that we have identified a workaround.  Please give this a go and let us know how it works for you.

1. Startup the Ion console.
2. Turn off the blackout button.
3. Save show-file.
4. Exit to shell, and do a deep clear.
5. Reload show-file.

Thanks for the logs and show file Martin.  We were able to find the problem from those.  We have written this up as SCR 16621 and it should be fixed in the next release.

No problem this morning at start-up but I did the deep clear anyway. If it comes back I will let you know.
