Help! Second DVI Monitor stoped work!

Actually i've tried do that, i was in the shell and access the external monitor arrangement with the two monitor plugged  into the console, but only the first monitor seems to be enable...the second monitor keeps gray, and i can't change any atribute of him...It's a very unusual situation.

Do you know if exist any other way to change the monitor configuration?

I'm disposed to reset the console from the beggning to fix this problem, but anyway, i don't know how to do that too....

If you unplug and replug the high-density dual-DVI connector AT ALL, take a close look at the pins on the adaptor.  I have found several bent pins on mine and consequent damage to the female panel-mount jack on the RVI.  I am so worried about that atrocious adaptor I am constructing rack mount boxes for my two RVIs with a panel in the back where I will be duplicating the DVI ports so I don't ever jar that connector.  

So, get out a magnifying glass and inspect some pins!
