Heyo! Everytime I load up the Hamilton INTRO & Advanced showfile they both work fine physically. The set loads, the characters load, and the fixtures load in perfectly. I press the spacebar to load the first cue and augment goes completely black. I continue to advance through the cues an it remains black. The only way to get out of the blackness is by going to blind, than back to live but nothing changes besides being able to see everything again. Just curious if this is something that is wrong with my showfile or with the newest build for mac. The cues worked perfectly fine with my other show files, but not the hamilton one. Could be something I'm doing wrong. Hopefully someone can help me! Thank you!!
(Sidenote : I am on the newest build.)
I am having this issue as well. If I advance using the spacebar, the scene goes dark and I lose the edit/ camera/ labels/ etc. This is happening in non- fade to black cues and if I have some ambient light on, that goes dark as well. The cue list is loaded correctly and the master fader pairs are at full.
Closing and reopening the augment3d tab fixes the problem.
Using the dropdown menu go button works, but as it covers most of the screen I would like to be able to use the spacebar go.
Ok, I fooled around with it a little bit more. I only have the spacebar problem when the augmented tab is full screen. Using a split screen with augmented on one side and the PSD on the other I can advance with the spacebar
Yes, Thanks Meike, that makes sense. As I had 2 screens open when I recorded the snapshots. If you go thru and re-record the snapshots I think that will fix your problem. I'll try it too when I get a minute.
Oooh. And some cues are executing those snapshots. Makes sense!
Yes, Nearly every scene has some new snapshot to change how it is viewed. Please let us know if that solves your problem. David
I like the split screen, so I went another direction to test.
I removed the macros being executed by cues, and the full screen augmented tab behaved as expected. ie, when using the space bar go, the scene didn't go dark, I didn't lose the navigational/ editing tools, and the camera view didn't change.
The split screen makes more sense for the moment tho, so I am keeping the macros and snapshots as is for the time being.
Thanks for the help!
Thanks so much for the help, I have it working and its been great! MeikeDavidJArch
