Lustr series 2 will not update HELP!

Hello hive mind, Have tried to update one of our series 2 lustrs from Updaterator.

The fixture sat with 'Software Download Active  Beginning download' for an entire evening of which it was unplugged and now sits at 'Please start software download'.

I am using an Ion console via maintenance and updaterator to perform this update.

The lustr2 had 1.6.1.9.0.11 initially as it hadnt been updated since it came from factory .

The UK switchboard is now closed so hoping someone may be able to offer some assistance via this avenue.

    When you say unplugged can you be more specific? was the fixture unplugged from power or the dmx line?

    DMX first then power as it appeared to have frozen at the downloading software stage.

    Thanks to Corey's suggestion I have updated the desk to the latest 2.5.1 software and it is now detecting the fixture in concert.

    it's reading that the fixture is in S4 LED Bootloader running software version 1.4.0.9.0.11.

    I have tried updaterator again but to no success. and also have used a net3 node to try the same.
    By the looks of it somehow we need to re flash the bootloader of the unit.

    Hi Shaun,

    were you able to update the fixtures via a Gateway? Or where is this now?

    Hi Corey, managed to update the fixtures via gateway but it appeared to be a very temperamental process (probably owing to the jump from 1.5 to 1.8) requiring me to quickly restart the update and fixture once the fixture crashes on the first attempt. this was mainly an issue on fixtures that didn't show a 'Restarting software in ___ ' Dialogue.
