CEM+ version 3.1.3.9.0.44 error display

Hello,

Does anyone know why is it with the latest CEM+ version 3.1.3.9.0.44 has error message on display says to update version? Another rack with older version 2.1.0.9.0.24 has no error message. Thank you.

    • How many total racks do you have? - 4 racks
    • Are they all connected to each other? - Yes! 2 dimmer room location(2x racks each room) locations link thru media converter (fiber to Rj45) 
    • Are they all on the same network? Yes!
    • Is your overall system operating normally despite the version mismatch error on the 3.x CEM+? yes all working. But one of the rack with error (update software) which is already current version and freezes sometimes.
